I counted how many times I peek at my phone during the course of a day - it was over forty times. I guess you can call me a ‘serial peeker.’ I peek when I’m on the landline phone conversing with colleagues. I peek when I’m sitting in meetings and when I’m eating dinner, even when I’m out to dinner. I peek when I’m sitting in traffic, don’t tell my insurance agent. I peek when I’m watching TV, walking the dog, drinking coffee and reading the newspaper. Every time it dings I look at it.
So can my ‘ipeek’ behavior improve my health status or reduce unnecessary or ill-advised healthcare consum...
