Mike Krabbe is a Senior Manager in CIBER’s Supply Chain practice. He has 12 years experience implementing supply chain improvement projects. His areas of focus include best practice benchmarking in supply chain operations, ROI analysis for improvement projects, executing warehouse performance audits, warehouse management and traffic management system selections, and overseeing WMS/TMS implementations. Mike has assisted several clients in improving their performance of their warehouse by optimizing slotting strategies, designing the warehouse layouts, and developing scalable warehouse processes. Mike has also written several articles in a variety of industry publications.
