Michele Tharp has over thirteen years experience overseeing, planning, and implementing Lawson Software solutions, including numerous large-scale, multi-suite implementations and upgrades. Michele is responsible for overall project delivery and client satisfaction. She also spent many years consulting in the Human Capital Management and Payroll areas. Michele works with companies across a wide range of industries, however, primary experience has been in Healthcare. Michele holds a B.S. in Applied Science, Systems Analysis from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Many organizations have lost control over the requisition process resulting in adverse effects on the ‘procure to pay’ cycle.
