He is the National Director of Business Development for CIBER’s Higher Education Practice, and he has worked almost exclusively with colleges and universities for the last 10 years. Tom resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife, April and son, Austin.

Higher education is certainly not immune to the burdens of adapting to the rapid pace of technological change. This, however, is hardly a new phenomenon. The rate of change has been increasing for decades and the demands of the customers that IT must support are growing almost as quickly.
